We can livestream your event to YouTube or to a Facebook Page or private Facebook group.
A fast strong internet connection at the venue would help for live streaming (Ethernet or WIFI connection). We do have a 4G wireless modem option available for hire at $50.00 per event if internet at the venue is slow or non existent.
We use the following gear for livestreaming:
ATEM Mini Pro
Panasonic V785 Full HD Camcorder
2x Sony CX405 video cameras
Video tripods
Asus Laptop using OBS Studio (can also use other software like StreamYard if prefered)
Audio cable for connecting sound into ATEM Mini Pro from Sound Desk
Portable monitor for ATEM Mini Pro
HDMI splitter for sending separate laptop to projector and livestream (optional)
Various cables and accessories for connecting the equipment together for livestreaming
We also have access to other higher quality professional Panasonic cameras and equipment if needed for livestreaming your event. Talk with us about what you require for livestreaming your event.
Pricing for professional and corporate events livestreaming eg conference starts at $500.00 (based on an event up to 3 hours) or $1000.00 a day
Pricing for for community groups and community organizations for livestreaming starts at $300.00 for a one off or regular event but will be more for longer events unless previously arranged with us.
We can negotiate our live stream pricing for non profit community groups for live streaming events so we can make it affordable for your group.
Pricing includes hiring of gear, set up and pack down time and livestream operator. Other companies charge a lot more for livestreaming than we do and we don’t charge for hiring gear apart from the 4G wireless modem if required. Travel for livestreaming events outside of Auckland will be at an extra cost.
Please arrange your own camera operators for livestreaming your event (if required. Not always a requirement for every event though) otherwise $40.00 an hour for camera operators for professional and corporate events if I am able to find camera operators to run the cameras for livestreaming.
I can also record and edit the livestream video of your event after the event
(extra charge applies for video editing your livestream event).
