Livestreaming is the biggest growth area in connecting live with people today.

Livestreaming is the perfect solution for:

We can livestream your event to YouTube or to a Facebook Page or private Facebook group.

A fast strong internet connection at the venue is needed for live streaming (Ethernet or WIFI connection). We can offer internet via USB phone tethering for livestreaming if the signal is strong enough. We need to check out the venue first if we have not previously been there to check the internet upload speed before we can proceed or have a speed test provided to us via screenshot.

We use the following gear for livestreaming:
ATEM Mini Pro
1x Panasonic HC-V800 Full HD Camcorder
2x Panasonic HC-V785 Full HD Camcorder
Video tripods
Asus Laptop using OBS Studio (can also use other software like StreamYard, Zoom or Restream if preferred)
Audio cable for connecting sound into ATEM Mini Pro from Sound Desk (we have a few options)
Portable monitor for ATEM Mini Pro
HDMI splitter for sending separate laptop to projector and livestream (optional)
Various cables and accessories for connecting the equipment together for livestreaming

Pricing for professional and corporate events livestreaming eg conference starts at $500.00 (based on an event up to 3 hours) or $1000.00 a day.

Pricing for Weddings and Funerals is not set at a fixed price and can be discussed. The price will vary depending on the length of the Wedding or Funeral or if the livestream is for the Wedding only or includes the reception as well.

If the wedding reception is at a different venue to the wedding ceremony and involves travel we need enough time to set up and pack down between venues to be able to do this. A recording only option for your Wedding or for a Funeral is also available if requested. Contact us to discuss.

We can livestream at most inside venues. Outdoors livestreaming is also possible if there is a power connection available (weather dependent).

Pricing for for community groups and community organizations for livestreaming starts at $300.00 for a one off or regular event but will be more for longer events unless previously arranged with us.

We can negotiate our live stream pricing for non profit community groups for live streaming events so we can make it affordable for your group.

Pricing includes hiring of gear, set up and pack down time and livestream operator. Other companies charge a lot more for livestreaming than we do and we don’t have extra charges for hiring gear for livestreaming. Travel for livestreaming events outside of Auckland will be at an extra cost.

Please arrange your own camera operators for livestreaming your event (if required. Not always a requirement for every event though).

I can also record and edit the livestream video of your event after the event or copy the video of the livestream to a USB stick after the livestream has finished.
(extra charge applies for video editing your livestream event).
